Equipment design and specifications
- Review & Interpret the Basic Design Package and Engineering Specification.
- Incorporate the Vendor Data into the equipment engineering drawings.
- Generation/Develop/Update the equipment engineering drawings for Pressure.
- Heat transfer equipment (Heat Exchangers, Air Coolers) - engineering specifications and drawings as per applicable codes, including thermal sizing, and purchase specifications.
- Pressure Vessels (Columns, Vessels, Tanks) – design calculations, engineering specifications and drawings as per applicable codes, including purchase specifications.
- Fabrication Detailed Drawings including BOQ’s.
- Rotating Equipment - design and engineering specifications for pumps, compressors, turbines, mixers, including purchase specifications.
- Indicative Plot Plan and General Arrangements.
- Technical Clarification & Bid Evaluation.
- Chute and duct details.
- Review & Approval of vendor prints.
- Expediting & Schedule control.
